In this video we see several things:

• Half-nude Miles trying as hard as he can to roll over, but lacking the physical skills to do so. Anne had placed his new teething rings just out of reach over his left shoulder, so that's what he's going for.
• Miles trying to fit his entire arm into his mouth, starting with his wrist.
• Him chewing on his tongue, which he does quite a bit.
• And finally, Miles just gabbing throughout the whole thing, perhaps narrating as he goes.
